Myer Fashion Show: Spring-Summer Collection
By admin | August 9, 2007
Like every year, this year’s Myer fashion show of spring/summer collection would be an exclusive gala event exhibiting gowns, gowns, silk dresses and even bikini designed by international designers. This annual event is in its full swing and showcased the designers’ creation from Australia to domestic and international buyers on 8 August 2007.
It’s the backstage magic only that is making this evening special with almost 50 models adding value to the valuable creation of designers and stylists, thus winning the heart of the style-freaks.
Unlike the July 2004 Myer Fashion Show where the models were staged at an upper level, this time it was easier to get their full-view and adore them from tip-to-toe.
This is the right time to locate the trends of the ongoing season and identify what’s hot and what’s not through numerous designers viz. Jayson Brunsdon, Charlie Brown, Nicola Finetti, Cheetah and others.

Brush & Rinse toothbrush
By admin | August 7, 2007
Don’t know why anyone couldn’t think about this simple yet effective alternative to all the usual but messy ways of rinsing the mouth after brushing. Here comes a unique tooth brush called Brush & Rinse, the head of which is designed in a way that as the water falls over the head of the tooth brush, it gets directed at an angle apt enough to reach your mouth.
And this special technique rules out the unique styles in which people rinse their mouth including the tumbler shot to hand flushes.
Available at Amaron Experimental for $1,750…PHEW!! I guess knowing the price…most of us would prefer helping ourselves…what do you say?

The collection revolved around black and grey shades with a tone of off-white. The white shade was identified not only in the outfits but a balance was maintained to suit the theme. I admired the creation a lot. The stylish and contemporary patterns won the audiences’ heart as well. What about you?

By admin | July 12, 2007
Tony’s fans can now handpick the designer dress of their choice as the Italian-Lebanese designer has come out with his Fall/Winter 2008 Haute Couture collection during the Fashion Week.
There seems to be no space for old in Tony’s designer dictionary. His colorful and unique creation displayed in Rome’s Auditorium Hall on 11 July 2007 was a gratifying.
What attracted the fashionistas from across the globe is the saucy spectacle of the industry’s most flashy designers engaged in presenting their latest collections and earning standing ovation in return.
Designer Tony Ward unveiled few red-carpet ready concepts that presented a perfect blend on vibrant hues on floaty fabrics. These outfits are synonymous to opulence and convenience.
This worthy designer of master of haute couture status doesn’t limit his creativity and goes beyond to express them via fabrics (varied shades), designs (different shapes and sizes) i.e. wedding gowns, evening dresses and others.
His premium textiles, augmented with seductive transparencies and valuable innovative embroideries are enough to pay a tribute to a women with the idiosyncratic flavor of immortal style.

Haute Couture 2007: Nicolas Le Cauchois
By admin | July 9, 2007
Model presenting designer creation by a French designer Nicolas Le Cauchois. The displayed Haute Couture collection is dominated by red color during the Fall/Winter 2007-08.
Be it hairstyle, tube-tops or waning necklines, Nicholas seem to have tried all.
The choice of red color is a reasonable one as it will hide the hot blood of the models which is a contrast to the tone of the outfit.
The blend of black at times makes his collection complete.
The attraction of the collection is the length of the silhouettes together with Jacky hairstyles. The add-on of furs as a part of a collection is like a topping on the ice-cake.
