Backstage at Syla By Sylvie Cachay for Miami Fashion Week
By manoj | July 20, 2008

I was running back and forth from five different things, so I didn’t have too much time to observe the suits the models were wearing.
The designer, Syla Cachay, is of Peruvian descent, which is brought out in her selection of prints. The Swimwear former Marc Jacobs intern used bright contrasting colors in big and loud shapes which she describes as Hippy Couture.
I talked to a couple of the models who were wearing the brand, they told me that it was the best fitting suit they’d worn all day.
