Cynthia Hoey graduated in Fashion Design all ‘Otis Art Institute / Parsons School of Design in Los Angeles, and then found Cyn & Luke in 2000.

I love the sea and the beach. I feel reborn as near water and the sun. That is why I wanted to create a swim wear collection that reflected my attitude.
